    - JAMB registrar, Prof Ishaq Oloyede, says Nigeria is dominated by certified thieves who are at the helm of affairs - He said this is the reason why the education sector is facing difficulties - According to him, functional education must be geared towards the liberation of humanity from poverty and misery Prof Ishaq Oloyede, the registrar of the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), has stated that Nigeria is dominated by certified thieves. He made the comment in Osun on Sunday, May 27, while speaking at the 61st Birthday Colloquium of Governor Rauf Aregbesola, Premium Times reports.
