Udaipur boys top CBSE Class 10th exams

      Shrikant Dikshit and Dhruv Bohra from Udaipur topped the Ajmer region by scoring 99% marks in 10th standard board results of schools affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) were declared on Tuesday.Ajmer region has stood third in the country in giving best result. The result of Ajmer region was 91.86%. Last year the result percentage of Ajmer region was 93.30%. Thiruvananthapuram and Chennai had stood first and second respectively .             In Ajmer region this year, 1,81,000 students had appeared and more than 1 lakh have passed these examinations.As soon as results were declared at about 2 pm, 2 hours before the schedule time, the students and their anxious parents started logging onto the website of CBSE.    President Ram Nath Kovind during the 49th Annual Convocation of Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU) on Tuesday The president Ram Nath Kovind, addressing to the gathering of passing out students of Veer Narmad Dakshin Gujarat University in Surat said that education should teach people to respect sentiments of others. Kovind was on one day visit to the city in South Gujarat on Tuesday and attended the convocation ceremony as the chief guest. Addressing to the students, the president said, "The objective of education should be to nurture freedom of thought and innovation within the student community, besides building capacities for a professional career. Education should also teach us to respect sentiments of others as well work for the welfare of society. No breach into our system, says JAMB Registrar

               JOINT Admission and Matriculation     Board (JAMB) Registrar Prof. Is-haq Oloyede has refuted claims that the board’s security system was breached and examination leaked. Oloyede said the examination body was always a step ahead of fraudsters, who wanted to hack into its system. The registrar, who spoke to reporters in Benin City, promised to pay huge sums of money to anybody that could produce its genuine question papers. He said the examination body has put proactive measures in place to arrest anybody attempting to hack into its system. Oloyede stated that he was surprised that people were making noise that JAMB is generating money for the Federal Government . He explained that he was only increasing efficiency and cutting cost. JAMB registrar cries out over corruption, says Nigeria is dominated by certified thieves

    - JAMB registrar, Prof Ishaq Oloyede, says Nigeria is dominated by certified thieves who are at the helm of affairs - He said this is the reason why the education sector is facing difficulties - According to him, functional education must be geared towards the liberation of humanity from poverty and misery Prof Ishaq Oloyede, the registrar of the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), has stated that Nigeria is dominated by certified thieves.
